About BCASW and social work
BCASW is the professional association for social workers in British Columbia. It supports members, promotes the profession, and advocates for social justice.
Social workers practise in health care, child and family services, education, community organizations, government, private practice, research, policy, justice, and many other settings. They work with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities.
