Mentorship Program

BCASW's mentorship program connects members with experienced social workers who volunteer their time to support colleagues at different stages of their careers.

New Graduate Mentorship

Our Making the Transition from School to Practice program offers longer-term mentorship for new graduates as they begin their professional careers, providing guidance and support during the transition from student to practitioner.

Private Practice Peer Community

BCASW's Private Practice Peer Community provides members with an opportunity to connect with colleagues who are starting, growing, or operating a private practice.

The groups offer a collaborative space to share ideas, ask questions, and learn from the experiences of other social workers. While it is not a clinical supervision or case consultation group, discussions focus on the practical aspects of building and maintaining a successful private practice.
