A Voice for Social Work
Together, we are shaping the future of social work in British Columbia.
BCASW is the collective voice of the social work profession in British Columbia. We advocate for social workers, influence public policy, and promote the profession by engaging with government, partner organizations, and communities on issues that matter.
As a member, your voice helps shape BCASW's advocacy priorities, policy positions, and initiatives. Together, we work to advance the profession, strengthen practice, and promote social justice for the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
There are many ways to get involved. Members can contribute to advocacy initiatives, participate in consultations, join committees and communities of practice, support professional development, and help inform BCASW's work on emerging issues affecting social work and social policy.
By working together, we amplify the voice of social work and create meaningful change across British Columbia.
