   Member Snapshot

Autumn Joy Jenkinson, BSW

In memoriam to Autumn  -November 1976 - May 2007. A mother, daughter, BCASW Board member and exceptional  social worker, taken from us far too soon

I am PROUD to be a social worker. I am a strong advocate for systemic change in the interest of social justice. BCASW has been a member of my extended family throughout my evolution as a social work practitioner. BCASW is full of amazing, dedicated social workers who have individually and collectively made being a member a critical part of my self care and professional development plan.  I look forward to meeting more of you in the future as we join together to build community both within the association and in relationship with others.  I can’ t say enough good things about the BCASW. I personally cannot imagine myself practicing in the field without this connection.
