SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

SUBMIT ads as computer files.
AVOID COLOR, as spot color will not be applied to ads. COMPUTER FILES must be submitted in PDF or TIFF format only. PDF files are preferred but should be generated in HIGH QUALITY or PRESS QUALITY specifications. BCASW will forward instructions if required. DO NOT include spot or process colour in either TIFF or PDF files. 

Layout charges: A minimum $50 layout fee is charged for non camera-ready ads.

INSERTS: based on one 8.5 x 11" 20 lb. Bond-----------$450
(for larger inserts, check with office for price) 



ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS:


Canadian orders: $35; US orders: $40; other countries: $45. Payments in Canadian funds only.

BCASW does not endorse the products or services in paid advertising and reserves the right to refuse advertisements, inserts and announcements where the Editorial Board determines that the content is demeaning, inaccurate, irrelevant or misleading with respect to social work practice and/or social work, reflects views which are contrary to BCASW policy, or is otherwise improper.
